Join us on Friday, 7 June at 7.00pm for a sparkling summer evening with an elegant five-course tasting menu designed to complement and enhance a selection of Laurent-Perrier varietals.
Begin the evening with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut and a selection of the Bingham’s mouth-watering canapés before enjoying a seasonal five-course tasting menu prepared by Head Chef, Shay Cooper.
Guests can look forward to discovering the complexity and subtlety associated with the Laurent-Perrier wine while they enjoy the Bingham’s inspired Modern-British cuisine.
The evening will be hosted by Matt Gay of Laurent-Perrier and Erick Kervaon of the Bingham.
