Foraging Vegetarian Supper - Weds-Fri, 10-12 Jun

Honoured to announce that Rachel de Thample is our Guest Chef to show off the exotic food that surrounds us in Richmond. Rachel has worked in some pretty impressive kitchens including Marco Pierre White, Heston Blumenthal etc etc. Author of two books: Less Meat, More Veg and Five and is now recipe guru for Abel & Cole. “When I create menus or dishes I like to really draw on what’s grown around the venue and even how it links to the history of the area”. Sample dishes from the 5-course vegetarian supper menu may include; Garden Greens Aioli, Radish & Tarragon Tatziki with pick-your-own veg; Moroccan Beetroot Soup with Smoked Yogurt & Mint Garden; Little Things on Toast; Sassy Wild Cherry & Watercress Salad and for dessert English Saffron & Richmond Park Honey Ice Crème with Rhubarb.
