Bingham 30th Anniversary Wine Dinner Friday 12 September
Celebrating three decades with great food, great wine and GREAT spirit! Please join the Bingham's 30th Anniversary wine dinner. Starting in 2014 with a New World Sauvignon/Chenin Blanc, we'll head back in time to 2004 with a Nuits St. Georges Blanc Les Terrasses du Ch. Gris, when we arrive in 1994, we'll be tasting St. Estephe Ch. Montrose Deuxieme Cru 91 Parker Points, before arriving in 1984 with Graham’s 30 year old Tawny Port and a Bas Armagnac Domaine de Joy. Dictador Colombian Rum & Gin Dinner - Fri 27 June
As part of our ongoing 30th birthday celebrations, we're planning an exciting dinner with exquisitely smooth Colombian rums and gins from distiller, Dictador. Mark Jarvis has created a sublime five course menu with dishes including Grilled lobster and Telmara farm duck. Each dish has been crafted to match perfectly with either a flavourful aged gin or a smooth aged rum. We will also offer diners a Dictador premium cigar to enjoy on our Garden terrace with a glass of Dictador 12 year Solera System rum. Laurent-Perrier Champagne Dinner - Fri 25 April
Erick Kervaon has challenged himself with the incredibly difficult task of refining and perfecting the Laurent-Perrier champagne dinner; appointing himself as the Bingham's 'champion'. He brings to you the very best of our food and L-P champagnes!
