Join our yoga supper with Sarah Tucker an award winning travel journalist, broadcaster and yoga instructor. Sarah qualified several years ago, having practiced for many years helping her deal with juggling life. Sarah takes workshops in the UK and overseas and is currently in the last year of a Psychology degree. The evening will include time for tea and chat with fellow yogis, a 2 hour yoga class and meditation, followed by a 2 course vegan supper.
